Year 1: The first year in WINGS is focused on the critical skills of a lifelong learner and follower of Jesus. We start by teaching peer coaching and mentoring and focus on their identity in Christ. The goal of the first year is to gain perspective on their life, direction, and identity to make the next two years in WINGS successful.

Year 2: In the second year of WINGS, we focus on further developing spiritual disciplines that sustain leaders in today’s world and honing essential skills and traits for church service. Leadership, counseling, spiritual rhythms, and soul care help prepare students for life and ministry.

Students of WINGS Growth Seminars receive comprehensive training materials, meals, hotel lodging, world-class teaching, prophetic and ministerial impartation, and lifelong networking opportunities with peers and mentors.

We aim to make it more affordable for churches to send multiple students to WINGS each year. We envision churches with a robust and well-developed bench of leaders within their congregations. Churches that send leaders together can maximize the benefits of collective learning and growth.
