You will grow personally, deepen your relationship with God, and receive practical training tailored to your ministry calling. WINGS prepares you to lead with spiritual depth, strong connections, and practical ministry skills.

The WINGS Experience
Start your WINGS journey to become a spirit-led leader. Begin by developing peer coaching and mentoring skills and discovering your identity in Christ. Deepen your spiritual disciplines and learn essential skills for serving in the church, including leadership, counseling, and soul care. Finally, focus on practical church ministry skills, specializing in areas like children’s ministry, worship, and pastoral care. Gain clarity on your life, direction, and purpose, and get empowered and commissioned to make a lasting impact.
Invest in Your Leadership
Individuals participating in WINGS are encouraged to seek their church’s support for tuition and accommodations. Alternatively, some prefer to support raise, or self-fund their WINGS journey. The cost of WINGS, which includes all materials, food, and lodging, is only $125 per month ($1,350/year). Churches that send multiple students can maximize our team discount. Be sure to talk with your senior pastor or church leaders about this opportunity.
