Tom Duggan

Changed By the Word Ministries was founded in 1988.  We have been  ministering  in Lackawanna County juvenile detention centers, prisons, churches ,and the community.

    Pastor Tom started visiting inmates in the County jail in 1988  and we have not stopped going since. God is enabling us to minister to those that need to be reached with the good news of Jesus Christ [and this is happening due to our faithful  outreach since the beginning] .       

   Visitation  has been our main stay since the beginning. Contact us if you need to have someone reached at the Local County jail or detention center

    We do bible studies on Tuesday night with protective custody guys and Thursday with the General population.  We also do church services  as we are needed and act as volunteer chaplains enabling others who feel called to get cleared and do prison ministry in a safe way.
