Cynthia Lawrie

Cindy, an Elim Bible Institute graduate, has served with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) as an Elim missionary nearly 25 years in several international locations. Working with her mother, Ele, (recently retired Elim missionary), she has pioneered counseling courses in various countries, including the U.S., for YWAM’s University of the Nations. Based in Sweden since 2000, she has established a counseling ministry as a missionary to missionaries and has ministered in more than 50 countries. It is her great pleasure seeing how God sets people free as she mentors and coaches international students and staff. In the past few years, Cindy and her staff have trained several psychologists, psychiatrists and other health practitioners. They have seen God heal some of their toughest clients and have been greatly encouraged to see to see them walking out of the hospital wards!
